Internal regulations

Gymleco Sports Club (hereinafter the Club) expects from the Customer cleanliness, correctness, being mindful of others and conformity with good practices in general inside the Club and in events organised by the Club. In case the Customer violates the general rules of conduct and/or additional rules stipulated by these Internal Regulations, the Club has the right to terminate the contract with the Customer. If the contract with the Customer has been terminated on the abovementioned grounds, no prepayments made by the Customer shall be returned.

  • The Customer of the Club is expected to be loyal to the Club. In case the Customer intentionally and publicly libels the Club or attaints the reputation of the Club with his or her actions, the Club has the right to stop the contract without a term or terminate the contract with this Customer.
  • The Customers can use the premises of the Club during the opening hours of the Club. Outside the opening hours, the Customers are allowed into the Club only if a special agreement about this has been drawn between the Club and the Customer. The opening hours are communicated by the customer service, web page and information signs on the doors.
  • The Customers are not allowed to trade with products and services inside the Club’s premises. The Customers of the Club do not have the right to offer their products and services in connection with the Club’s trademark, name or business name, unless the Club has given this right to the Customer contractually.
  • The Customer is obliged to act carefully and thriftily towards the property of the Club and third parties, the Customer is obliged to compensate the damages done to the Club and/or third parties.
  • The Customer is obliged to act respectfully towards other people who are training and not to disturb others with their activities or behaviour. The Customer is also obliged to keep a general level of personal hygiene that would not disturb the other people by smells emanating from the Customer.
  • The Customer’s clothing for the workout should not violate the sense of decency of other Customers of the Club and general rules of behaviour. It is prohibited to use clothing (or wear no clothing) that allows sweat and other excretions to fall on other persons training.
  • It is prohibited to use in the Club outdoor footwear (including indoor footwear that has been used outdoors), also open sandals and slippers while training. From the point of view of hygiene and safety it is compulsory to wear special footwear dedicated for training. If the wrong selection of footwear damages the floor, the Customer is obliged to compensate the damages to the Club. The Club has the right to refuse providing services to Customer with wrong footwear and to remove such a Customer from the training premises. In the latter case the Club is not obliged to return the payment made for this training session.
  • The Club offers the possibility to use lockers for storing personal belongings during the training. The Customer is obliged to remove the personal belongings from the locker after the training and leave the locker door open to be used by the next Customers. The Customer has the right to use the Club’s lockers only during the opening hours of the Club and the Club has the right to remove the personal belongings left to the changing rooms and lockers on any day after the opening hours. If the Club must break the lock left to the locker door, the Customer who left the locker door closed is obliged to compensate this damage. The Club keeps the removed items for one month and if the legal owner of these items has not claimed them, the Club will give these items for charity or to Re-Use Centre (Taaskasutuskeskus) or if the abovementioned disposal methods are not suitable, then the items shall be destroyed.
  • The Club is not responsible for the loss, theft or damaging of valuable items.
  • The Customer of the Club is responsible for the conformity of the activities provided by the Club and the Customer’s physical training level and condition, and shall pass health check necessary to prove this.
  • The Club is obliged to instruct and consult the Customers of the Club about issues related to the use of the machines and to keep the machines operational. The Customer of the Club is obliged to use the machines according to their purpose and instruction received. After using a machine the Customer is obliged to clean the machine in a way that the next Customer can start using the machine instantly.
  • In case the Customer cannot participate in booked group trainings, the Customer is obliged to cancel the booking at least 3 hours before the beginning of the respective group training. In case the Customer has failed to cancel the booking for group trainings three times in row, the Customer loses the right for booking for one month and the Customer is allowed to participate in the group trainings only by personal attending and if free places are available.
  • When the Customer participates in group training using the booking option, the Customer must take out the ticket that registers for the attendance in the group training from the Club’s administrator or self-service booth at least 5 minutes before the beginning of the group training. All bookings which have not resulted in taking out the ticket that registers attendance shall be cancelled and these group training places shall be given to Customers in the queue.
  • The passes and attendance registration tickets to group trainings are issued until the beginning of the training!
  • After the end of the group training the Customer is obliged to place the training equipment to dedicated place or place indicated by the trainer.
  • The Club reserves the right to limit the number of Customers training in the gym simultaneously in order to establish proper training conditions for Customers and ensure safety. When the limit set by the Club for the number of Customers simultaneously training in the gym is reached, the Club shall first limit the number of regular tickets to the gym, if necessary, then the number of loyal customers admitted to the gym is limited.
  • The Customer is obliged to place the training equipment, both bars and dumbbells, to the dedicated places. Also, the weights added to bars must be returned to the places dedicated to them. It is not allowed to throw the training equipment and let it fall freely; the training equipment must be returned silently and safely.
  • Due to safety concerns, persons under the age of 14 are not allowed to be in the training premises of the Club without the supervision of a parent or trainer. The Club reserves the right to refuse service to Customers who show up to a training with a child, if parental supervision is not ensured for the child.
  • It is prohibited to smoke, drink alcohol or consume drugs in the Club’s premises. In such events the Club has the right to remove this Customer immediately from the Club’s premises and to terminate the contract with this person.
  • It is not allowed to use a mobile phone in the rooms of the group trainings. In other training rooms of the Club the Customers are obliged to set their mobile phones to the mode that ensures that the ringing tones and other signals from the mobile phone do not disturb the training of other Customers. If the Customer uses the mobile phone for a longer conversation, playing media files and other uses which involve sound signals, the Customer is obliged not to disturb the training of other Customers by using the phone.
  • According to good practices each Customer shall use personal training towels for ensuring cleanliness and hygiene. In case of no training towel the trainer of the group training or gym shall evaluate the situation and if it violates the interests of other Customers training in the room, the trainer has the right to remove this Customer due to missing training towel. In such a case the Club shall not compensate the payment made by the Customer for this training.
  • It is prohibited to film and take pictures of the Club’s premises without a permission by the Club’s management.
  • Pets are not allowed to the Club’s premises.
